2	Information for Primary Schools If you would like to apply for funding for pupils at your school to receive 1-to-1 tuition, please complete the pupil form below. This form should be emailed to aburdett@buckscc.gov.uk. When you have received confirmation of which pupils we will agree to fund for 1-to-1 tuition, please could you provide details of the teachers who will be tutoring the pupils by completing the tutor form below. 8	Information for Prospective Tutors To register as a tutor available to offer 1-to-1 tuition within our schools, please print out the form below and post to Buckinghamshire County Council, 1-to-1 Administrator, School Improvement Service, 4th floor, County Hall, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Bucks HP20 1UZ. The information you provide will be added to a database which will be circulated to any of our schools who are having difficulties in recruiting tutors for 1-to-1 Tuition. Schools will then contact and recruit tutors directly. Please note that it is an essential requirement that tutors have Qualified Teacher Status.
