How to Seek Support from an AST

An AST is responsible for activities that take place not only within their own school but beyond in the wider educational community. The first section provides some general guidance on the role of an AST, some protocols for work in outreach schools and for contacting an AST. A directory is being produced which contains information for schools who are interested in booking an AST or who would like to contact an AST to discuss the type of support they may be able to offer. This will be added to the website in late September. Also attached is a form which can be used to contact ASTs.
